Critical

Means a fault which is preventing Conversant’s customer from using the service.

Failure in the ability to deliver content to any user.

Moderate

Means a fault which is affecting Conversant’s customer to use the service as it normally would.

Failure to deliver content to more than 10% of end users.

Minimal

Means a fault, which has little impact on the Conversant customer’s use of the service, a configuration question or feature request.

Issue affecting 1 to 2 users.
